There are all kinds of hidden gems around the world you probably don't know about. They're not the common, most popular sites, but that's what makes them so cool!

Most tourists head to Cancun for vacation, but we're big fans of the little islands just beyond the coastline.

Anyone else want to fulfill their lifelong dream and help cutie little turtles make it to the ocean? Our ILP Mexico volunteers are the luckiest because they can cross this off their bucket list during their semester, no problem.

Imagine looking up into the pink and orange sky and seeing hundreds of brightly colored hot air balloons, floating up like the clouds. 

If you’re going to be taking a bus over to Costa Rica (or vice versa!) or will be bussing around Nicaragua, you’ll need to pass through the tiny town of Rivas.

Live in total luxury for way cheaper than you could in any other country, or choose to stay somewhere for the most amazing pictures (and views).

Is it the food? The jungles and beaches? The dozens of weekend trips? The bright and vibrant culture (and the fact that it's crazy affordable)? We're not sure, we just know Mexico is practically perfect. 

So there are a lot of volcanoes in this part of the world, but while you’re here on vacation (or volunteering in Costa Rica!) we think you should be besties with these peaks. Here’s a quick guide to the volcanoes you shouldn’t skip.
