Wondering how to get around a new country that’s your home for the next semester? Not a worry. There are tons of ways to see your city … you can even take Uber and Lyft in these ILP countries.
You’ll need to be brave because this tram ride is on top of one of the tallest structures in all of China (second only to the tower in Shanghai!) … which is also the 4th tallest free standing tower in the whole world! You’ll get some awesome panoramic pictures while you’re 1,492 feet up in the air, that’s for sure.
Coming home from a semester with ILP means coming home with lots of pictures, amazing memories with your ILP group and a few more stamps in your passports (and a tiny bit of a broken heart after saying goodbye to your kiddos!). But for one ILP China volunteer, coming back meant teaching professionally — back in Asia!
