If you've ever traveled abroad, then you know that food can be both an adventurous blessing and a cravings curse. Even if you love the local cuisines, there comes a point when all you need are the familiar tastes of home. Avoid this problem by bringing these hard-to-find snacks with you!

I'm definitely on board with and love the bleaching trend right now. And turns out my ILP sweatshirt hanging in my closet was the perfect piece to do it with.
If you ask me, the hardest part of any semester is the first week, and that includes the first few days of teaching. But if I (someone who's never taught before) survived it, you will too.
The best way to fully immerse yourself in a country with all of its culture and traditions is to live with a host family. Here are a few gift ideas to express gratitude at the beginning and the end of your time with them!
